About Muscle Maintenance Therapy

 

Victoria Kirkby started the company Muscle Maintenance Therapy in March 2004.

From 1997 to 2001 Victoria raced extensively in Europe in the specialised endurance duathlon sport (running / cycling) representing Australia in 3 Elite World Championships, culminating with her win the Italian National Championships in 2000. Victoria retired from elite racing in 2001.

 

From 2001 Victoria has worked in a hospital rehabilitation setting assisting physiotherapists with a wide range of injuries and conditions.

 

While working in rehabilitation Victoria completed a Certificate in Allied Health at Mayfield Education centre, which then led to a Certificate in Sports Massage and finally a Diploma in Remedial Massage at Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy.

 

Victoria started MMT in March 2004 and has since built up a wide client base of people who recognise the benefits that regular massage can provide in their lives.

 

 Victoria is a member of Australian Association of Massage Therapists.

 

 In April 2007, Victoria married Paddy and became a Callaghan ( an irishman named Paddy - whats the chances !!! )   and they now have a baby boy called Liam.

 

In September 2007 Victoria sold her business in Melbourne  and moved up to beautiful Woodend in Victoria, along with the family of course. 

Finally MMT is back in action in Woodend.
